DSCA Events - Future and Past

The Delaware School Counselor Association is pleased to invite you to be a sponsor for the annual DSCA Spring Conference. The conference will be held on Wednesday April 2 and Thursday, April 3, 2025, at University of Delaware - Clayton Hall in Newark, Delaware. We expect approximately 150+ counselors will participate in the year’s event.
The Delaware School Counselor Association is a professional organization dedicated to supporting the school counselors of Delaware, and includes those in public, private, parochial, charter, and other settings. All elementary, middle, and high school counselors are encouraged to attend, as well as principals, interns, and retirees. DSCA assists counselors in fostering the academic, personal/social, and career development of Delaware students. The association provides professional development resources, newsletters, and advocacy to over 300 counselors across the state.
Your sponsorship will provide an excellent opportunity to promote your products and/or services to Delaware counselors. More importantly, you are helping to provide the resources for school counselors to stimulate positive growth in our next generation.
Sponsorship levels are listed below. In addition, sponsors will receive recognition on the DSCA website, in the event program, and on any products you sponsor. Our lunch sponsor will also have an opportunity to address the entire audience for 20 minutes.

Keynote Sponsor $1,500-$2,500 Bronze $250-$499
Breakfast Sponsor $3,500-$4,500* Silver $500-$1,999
Lunch Sponsor $5,000-$7,000* Gold $2,000-$2,999
Giveaway Sponsor $1,500-$2,500 Platinum $3,000 and up
*Half-Sponsorship possible for Breakfast and Lunch
Your organization can also choose to exhibit at the conference. A vendor/exhibitor reservation form is included with this correspondence with further information.
